- 빨간 파프리카 1/2개
- 오이 1/2개
- 방울토마토 8~10개
- 양파 1/4개
- 올리브 조금
소스
올리브오일 3스푼
레몬즙 2스푼
홀그레인 머스터드 1스푼
알룰로스 1/2스푼
소금 3꼬집
후추 톡톡
야채 다 작게 잘라 병아리 콩이랑 섞고
드레싱 섞고 먹기
많으면 소분해서 냉장보관

Ingredient
250g of chickpeas (soaked in about a cup)

- 1/2 red paprika
- 1/2 cucumbers
- 8 to 10 cherry tomatoes
- a quarter of an onion
- A little bit of olives
Sauce
3 spoons of olive oil
2 spoons of lemon juice
1 spoon of whole grain mustard
1/2 spoons of allulose
3 pinches of salt

How to cook
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and mix them with the chickpeas.
Mixing dressing and eating.
